Faculty Requirements
In view of growing student numbers on a year-on-year basis, and the need to introduce additional/new courses at both core and elective levels to keep pace with industry requirements, we have faculty requirements in full-time capacity across multiple areas.

| 1. | Operations and Supply Chain Management | Candidates should be engineers, with post graduation in management from a reputed B-school. They should be doctorates, or should be at an advanced stage of completing their doctorate. |
| 2. | Human Resource Management | Candidates should be doctorates + MBAs/PGDMs from a reputed B-school. They should be doctorates, or should be at an advanced stage of completing their doctorate. |
| 3. | Finance & Accounts | Candidates should either be doctorates + MBAs/PGDMs, or Chartered Accountants with extensive industry experience. They should be doctorates, or should be at an advanced stage of completing their doctorate. |
| 4. | Data Science & Business Analytics / Quantitative Techniques | Candidates should be doctorates in applied Mathematics/Statistics/Decision Sciences, preceded by an MSc or MBA/PGDM with specialisation in quantitative techniques. They should be doctorates, or should be at an advanced stage of completing their doctorate. |
| 5. | Marketing | Candidates should be doctorates + MBAs/PGDMs from a reputed B-school. They should be doctorates, or should be at an advanced stage of completing their doctorate. |
Desirable Attributes Across All Areas
- ITeaching experience of at least 3-4 years in a reputed B-school.
- IIIndustry experience of 2-3 years or more.
- IIIA proven track record in one or more of the following areas:
- •Doing research and publishing papers in refereed journals
- •Consulting, including securing consultancy and research contracts from Govt. depts., PSUs and private sector companies
- •Organizing MDPs and management conferences/seminars
- •Handling additional responsibilities such as programme management, placements & corporate relations, admissions, and alumni relations.
TSM offers an attractive salary package which is at par, if not superior to, most private B-schools, and is commensurate with qualifications, track record, and experience. TSM also supports its faculty's efforts in engaging in Research, consultancy and MDPs, and has a revenue sharing arrangement for such activities.
All positions are based in Madurai in the State of Tamil Nadu.
