Alumni Mentorship Programme
At Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM), Career Mapping is a structured mentoring initiative designed to help students gain clarity about their career aspirations, strengthen their professional competencies, and prepare confidently for the corporate world.
As part of this initiative, students are mapped to experienced and successful alumni based on their chosen specialisation, such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Business Analytics. This domain-wise mentoring enables students to receive personalised guidance from professionals who have successfully built careers in their respective industries.
The primary objective of Career Mapping is to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations by providing students with practical insights, career awareness, and continuous mentorship throughout their placement journey.
