About this Programme
Program Overview
The Generative AI Certification Program was a collaborative initiative between Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM) and Tensor Learners. The program was thoughtfully designed to cater to working professionals as well as young graduates, enabling them to enrich their skill sets with contemporary tools and techniques in Generative Artificial Intelligence.
Program Inauguration
The program was formally launched on 16 November 2025. The inauguration was presided over by Dr. Murali Sambasivan, Director, Thiagarajar School of Management. The program was led by Dr. Nataraj B., Chairperson – MDP, TSM, in collaboration with Mr. Ramkumar, CEO of Tensor Learners. Their joint efforts laid a strong foundation for this industry-relevant academic partnership.
Program Structure and Duration

• Duration: 8 weekends
• Total Days: 8 days
• Schedule: Conducted exclusively on Sundays
• Mode : Hybrid
• Target Audience: Working professionals and young graduates
Participants from both within TSM external organizations and freshers actively enrolled, making the program diverse and interactive.
Curriculum Coverage
The program offered a comprehensive blend of theoretical foundations and practical exposure. Key modules covered included:
• Mathematics for Machine Learning & Introduction to Machine Learning
• Deep Learning
• Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Fine-Tuning
• AI Agents
• Multi-Agent Systems
• AI Agent Frameworks and Protocols
• LLM Workflows, Testing, and Project Discussions
Each module was designed to progressively build participants’ understanding, with strong emphasis on real-world applications.
Capstone Project and Program Conclusion
The program concluded with a Capstone Project, allowing participants to apply their learning to practical problem statements. This hands-on component reinforced conceptual clarity and industry readiness.
