🎓Ms. K. Carolina Edal Queen is a Research Scholar at Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM), Madurai, affiliated with Alagappa University, Karaikudi. She holds an M.Phil. from PRIST University, an MBA from Magnus School of Business, Chennai, and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Lady Doak College, Madurai.
🎓Her research interests include sustainable entrepreneurship, digital financial literacy, innovation, sustainable business models, ESG, circular economy, and MSME development in emerging economies. She is particularly interested in developing evidence-based frameworks and policy recommendations that promote sustainable and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems.
🎓Her research has been published in the Journal of Asia Entrepreneurship and Sustainability. She has presented her work at the 10th Pan-IIM World Management Conference (IIM Ranchi) and at the International Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Deep-Tech Startups, jointly organised by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, and the University of Adelaide, Australia. She has also completed professional certifications in entrepreneurship, ESG, and circular economy, reflecting her commitment to interdisciplinary research and continuous professional development.
