Deborah Rajkumari S

Deborah RajKumari S is pursuing her Ph.D. as a Full-Time Research Scholar at Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai, affiliated to Alagappa University, Karaikudi, with an M.Phil from Bishop Heber College, Trichy, MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from VIT University, Vellore and a B.Sc. from Lady Doak College, Madurai. Her research interests include Psychological Capital, Employee Well-being, Human Resource Management, Resilience and Organizational Behaviour. She has presented research papers at conferences in IIM Bangalore, IIT Roorkee, IIM Jammu, and has received a Certificate of Appreciation from Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM), Madurai, for her contribution to the successful organization of the FOS 2026–GRIE International Conference. She has actively participated in research workshops, including a SPSS workshop at IIT Karagpur, Model Development workshop, NVivo and a two-day workshop on Structural Equation Modelling (SEMwise) conducted by Prof. James Gaskin (Brigham Young University, USA). She has published conference proceedings on Psychological Capital as a driver of employee happiness: Evidence from a systematic review
