Incubation Hustle 2026 – Madurai Edition

Objective of the Session

To strengthen the incubation ecosystem by equipping incubation professionals with practical insights on ecosystem development, startup support, policy frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and incubation centre management.

Participants / Audience

Incubation Managers, Incubation Associates, Entrepreneurship Coordinators, Innovation Hub Leaders, and representatives from Higher Educational Institutions and Incubation Centres across the region.

Key Outcomes & Achievements

The programme provided valuable insights into incubation ecosystem development, startup support mechanisms, stakeholder engagement, capacity-building initiatives, and institutional collaboration strategies. Discussions focused on strengthening incubation policies, governance frameworks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), startup mentoring, funding facilitation, and incubation programme design. StartupTN also announced that a common policy framework and SOP template for incubation centres is under development and will be shared with institutions upon completion.

Institutional Impact

The programme enabled TSOM–IA to identify actionable strategies for strengthening its incubation ecosystem through structured policies, startup support services, collaboration initiatives, and entrepreneurship programmes. TSOM–IA was also appreciated by the StartupTN team and fellow participants for its active incubation initiatives, successful mobilization of grants and funding support, and its significant progress in promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup development within a short period.
