Dr. Aparna SM

Dr. Aparna is an Assistant Professor specializing in OB & HRM at TSM Madurai. Currently, she is also serving as the Area Chair for OB & HRM.

Dr. Aparna obtained her PhD in OB & HR from the Vinod Gupta School of Management at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, and an MBA from Bangalore University, India, where she was a third-rank holder at the university level.

Her research interests encompass High-Performance Work Practices, Leadership, and Resilience. Her doctoral research investigates the efficacy of various High-Performance Work Practices in improving academic performance in higher education. Her scholarly contributions include publications in international journals and presentations at international conferences.

She demonstrates a strong interest in Management Development Programs and has facilitated numerous Executive and Management Development Programs in areas such as Team Building, Employee Engagement, Attitudes, Perception, and Leadership for organizations including Hitech Arai, Triveni School, and MSME executives (Growth Mastery).
