Dr. Mutharasi P

Dr Mutharasi has 20 years of academic and administrative experience and is currently Associate Professor in the OB & HR Area at TSM. Additionally, she is the Controller of Examinations. She is also the Area Chair of the OB & HR Area.

Prior to joining TSM she was with the ICFAI group of institutions. Her doctoral research is in Organizational Citizenship Behaviour and she teaches courses in Organizational Behavior and Positive Psychological Capital. Her areas of research interest include Positive Psychological Capital and Well-being.

She takes keen interest in Management Development Programmes and has conducted several Executive/Management Development Programmes in areas like Team building, Talent Management, Attitudes, Personality, Leadership, Change Management, Conflict management, Managerial Communication and Inter-personal effectiveness for Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation (SPIC), CII–Madurai, Aparajitha, Hitech Arai, TVS Group of Companies, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), Aravind Eye Hospital, Apollo Hospitals, Triveni School and TamilNadu Government Schools. She has trained Postmasters and employees of India Post in the Central Government Project Arrow. She was involved in consulting assignments with TVS Rubber and Loyal textile mills ltd.
